Challenge
A prominent car dealership in San Antonio underwent a comprehensive rebranding initiative, requiring a top-to-bottom transformation of its facilities. The challenge was to renovate the entire dealership, including floors, walls, bathrooms, painting, electrical installations, and parking area, while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Process
Our team of experts executed a meticulous renovation plan, starting with the removal of existing furniture, carpet, and flooring. We installed new floating floors, baseboards, and porcelain in the bathrooms. The team also removed and replaced sanitary parts, bathroom accessories, and handicap handrails. A fresh coat of paint was applied to interior and exterior walls, doors, cornices, and parking area features. Electrical installations included relocating outlets, replacing fluorescent lamps with LED lamps, and installing high-voltage cables. Finally, we repaired and installed new concrete parking edges to complete the transformation.
