Challenge
A commercial property required a comprehensive upgrade to enhance its functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal. The challenge was to address multiple issues, including outdated lighting, damaged doors, and electrical hazards.
Process
Our team of experts tackled the project, starting with the exchange of LED lights for energy-efficient illumination. We repaired and installed new commercial doors, upgraded the lobby bathrooms with new tile and amenities, and installed two air conditioning units for improved climate control. Additional tasks included applying black window tint, repairing electrical circuits and wiring, and fixing the metal roof.
Results
The renovation transformed the commercial property, enhancing its overall appearance, safety, and functionality. The new LED lighting, repaired doors, and upgraded bathrooms created a welcoming atmosphere, while the electrical repairs and air conditioning installations ensured a safe and comfortable environment for occupants.
