Challenge
A commercial building in Houston required an exterior and interior renovation to restore its appearance and functionality. The challenge was to update the building’s curb appeal, enhance its interior spaces, and improve its overall energy efficiency.
Process
Our team of experts worked diligently to transform the building. We applied a fresh coat of exterior paint, repainted the parking lot, and added black window tint for enhanced energy efficiency. Inside, we installed a new LED lighting system, applied interior paint, built new interior walls, and reconfigured the space to meet the client’s needs.
