Challenge
A large commercial property required a comprehensive renovation to restore its exterior and interior appearance. The building’s facade, parking lot, and interior spaces needed a thorough makeover, including painting, cleaning, and repairs.
Process
Our team began by pressure washing the exterior surfaces to remove dirt and grime. We then applied a fresh coat of paint to the building’s facade, interior walls, and parking lot. Additionally, we constructed and installed partition windows with aluminum structures and applied epoxy floor coating to the main facade and fire lane.
Results
The renovation transformed the property’s appearance, enhancing its curb appeal and creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors. The new paint job, clean surfaces, and repaired structures restored the building’s integrity, while the epoxy floor coating provided a durable and slip-resistant finish.
