Challenge
A leading industrial client in Wilmer, TX, required a temporary office solution with customized features. The challenge was to assemble and install a modular office complex with integrated AC units, custom aluminum structures, and specialized drainage systems, all while meeting the client’s specific needs and timeline.
Process
Our team of experts successfully assembled and installed five Global Industrial Modular Inplant Offices, each equipped with two windows and a Class A finish. We installed five 1-ton AC units and manufactured custom aluminum structures to house the AC units and 55-gallon plastic drums with wheel bases for water drainage. Additionally, we installed a sixth, larger AC unit with a 1.5-ton capacity, along with a corresponding custom aluminum structure and drainage system.
Results
The completed modular office complex exceeded the client’s expectations, providing a functional, efficient, and comfortable working space. Our team’s attention to detail, expertise in custom solutions, and commitment to meeting the client’s specific needs resulted in a successful project that met the highest standards of quality and satisfaction.
